    The Property Management and Services Office is a unit of administrative management and services of Universidad Autónoma de Coahuila which provides solutions to the needs of the academic and administrative physical spaces and of the general areas which are necessary to conduct the teaching and learning processes, through the construction and maintenance of facilities in line with the current and future needs. Our purpose is to satisfy the teachers, administrative personnel and students’ expectations through efficient and transparent processes by managing the available resources that our education center has.


    The Property Management and Services Office is a department that stands out for its ability to provide timely and efficient response to the requirements of the university’s physical spaces through the design of functional, ecological, and modern spaces which respond to the needs of the education models. All of this is done through a supervision based on quality standards that allow to ensure the use of good materials and workmanship. In the same way, we have programs of preventive and corrective maintenance that allow us to keep our existing facilities in optimal conditions as well as to contribute to make these spaces pleasant to the eye, with green areas, and to be self-sustainable according to the climate conditions of each region. All the staff is committed to our quality policy, under a highly effective management with certified processes and with a focus centered on client satisfaction through a fair and transparent customer-vendor relationship. All of this is based on an efficient management of human, material, and financial resources.
